One of the hardest parts of losing weight is staying motivated. There is a lot of temptation out there, with food and cravings hitting us left to right. Often times we start a weight loss plan and we feel fully charged and ready to go, only to find ourselves weakening and wavering one week later.
If you feel like your resolve and motivation is going out the window, then please know that you are not alone and that you should not give up.
1. Try to remember and write down all the reasons that you want to lose weight.
2. Look in the mirror and put on your fat clothes and take a long hard look, ask yourself, is this the best that you can be?
3. Pull out the skinny clothes, and remind yourself of how much you want to fit into them.
4. This about your health, and how important it is for you to not only look better, but to also feel better and ensure that you will be around for a long time for your family, kids and husband.
5. Remember that you are worth it, really worth it to look fabulous and feel fabulous and that you are the only one that can determine your destiny.
6. Stick with it, if you cheat or fall one day, it's okay, tomorrow is another day and one day's mistakes do not have to turn into a permanent situation of falling back into old unhealthy eating habits!
