Cycling Workout Guide for Fitness and Weight Loss

One well known fact that has never been disproved in the subject of weight loss is that success comes from steady balance a good diet and exercise. All diets that work for the long term seem to follow a general rule of using up more energy and calories than you take in.

there are hundreds of different ways to exercise and burn calories and in turn fat. Many joins gyms, use aerobic equipment there or at home, take different classes such as aerobics, kickboxing and even karate, running, jogging and power walking are very popular as well, and there are many more. Cycling is one of the most efficient of all choices as it allows for a lot of calorie burning, optimal hear rate and it does not cause any harmful effects on joints or injuries like the other kinds of exercise activities often do. On average a few hours of active cycling can burn approximately 1200 calories.

For effective weight loss you do not need to train for a cycling marathon or bike 20 miles per day. For fitness, using a real bike and taking rides around the neighborhood or using a stationary machine at home for about 20 minutes per day 3 times a week is more than enough.

You will be amazed at how quickly you can get in shape with bicycling and how much weight you can lose. In no time you will be able to increase the resistance on a stationary bike and easily climb hills outside. And the weight loss will be amazing as well because you will be in fat burning mode all the time.

The hardest part is getting started, especially for those of us whom exercise is a four letter word and not something were used to. But we have to weigh the pros in favor of exercise, weight loss, fitness, heart health and everything else, and the cycling offers an easier way to those ends than seen with other workouts like aerobics, StairMaster and jogging.

Aren’t you worth it?
